What type of books do you publish? Are they spiritual in content? My book is published through an e-book company but according to my contract, I can publish it in paperback through another publisher. Susan Culp http://www.50frogs5babesandabulldog.com
That is so inspiring! My first book "50 Frogs, 5 Babes and a Bulldog" was published as an e-book in late July of last year. I was told by friends that an e-book would be hard to sell. However, my book has been selling slowly but steadily. Marketing it has been up to me and not easy. I was uplifted by your blog. It makes me feel that there is hope for my book.
Hi Dave: It is hard to publish a book these days. Due to the economy, I'm hearing that the big publishers are not apt to take on newcomers. I went with a traditional publisher--an e-book publisher. SynergEbooks was listed along with the print publisher in this "all the publishers" tupe book. However, e-books are harder to sell, but things are looking up. In spite of the economy, sales are going up in that industry. It may be due to Amazon's Kindle 2. Some people self-publish. Lulu has a good reputation. I am thinking of them myself. Good luck in your endeavors.
